Terms & Policies

Design Stitch Master Agreement

Effective Date: Current Year

1. Service Scope & Digital Delivery

Design Stitch provides exclusively digital services, including but not limited to Graphic Design, Apparel Tech Packs, Store Setups, and Social Media Design. All deliverables are transmitted digitally via secure email or cloud links.

2. Development Timelines

Project timelines vary heavily by scope. Basic graphic design (logos, social posts) typically requires 3-5 business days. Complex architecture (Webstore setups) requires custom milestones agreed upon prior to project initiation. Delays in client communication will extend these timelines.

3. Revision & Modification Quotas

Unless specified in a custom contract, standard design packages include up to three (3) iterative revisions. Major developmental changes requested after initial wireframe or concept approval will incur additional hourly billing at our standard rate.

4. Third-Party Costs (Hosting, Assets, Apps)

Quotes provided for Web and Shopify development cover our design and configuration labor only. The client is strictly responsible for third-party expenses including domain names, web hosting, Shopify monthly fees, and premium apps/plugins.

5. SEO & Marketing Guarantees

While Design Stitch utilizes industry best practices for SEO and Social Media Management, search engine algorithms (like Google) are outside our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, or direct financial ROI from marketing deployments.

6. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final payment and project clearance, full commercial rights to graphics, logos, and custom frontend setups are transferred to the client. Design Stitch retains the right to reuse backend structural logic and templates for future internal projects.

7. Communication Protocols

All official project communications must occur via our designated email (studiodesk44@gmail.com) or official WhatsApp channels to maintain a strict paper trail. We do not accept project scope changes via verbal phone calls without written digital confirmation.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Client data, server credentials, and proprietary business logic are stored securely and treated confidentially. We will not sell or distribute your contact info. For highly sensitive setups, NDAs can be signed upon request before initiation.

9. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be canceled prior to the commencement of coding or design for a full refund. Once our architects or designers have begun drafting concepts or setups, refunds are strictly prorated based on the labor hours already expended.

10. Chargeback & Refund Finality

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods and custom software code/designs, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL once final files or setups have been transferred to the client's servers or email. Because files cannot be "returned," no refunds are permitted post-delivery. Any fraudulent credit card chargebacks initiated after the delivery of requested digital assets will be aggressively contested and turned over to collections and legal authorities with full chat/email logs as evidence.
